FOB shipping, port to port.
All orders ship under FOB (Free On Board) Incoterms. We deliver, load and document the goods at the origin port — the rest of the voyage and clearance is on the buyer.
We ship from origin
Goods are harvested, inspected, packed in 25kg boxes and loaded onto the vessel at the origin port at our cost.
You clear at destination
Once the goods are on board, you take responsibility for ocean freight (if not pre-arranged), import duties and customs clearance at the destination port.
Full documentation
We provide a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and phytosanitary certificate to support smooth clearance.
Quality guaranteed at loading
Every container is photographed and quality-checked before sealing. You receive proof of condition at the moment of dispatch.
